For years, I sought solace through meth and alcohol addiction.
I wandered through life with an empty heart, sealed tight by the chains of rejection.
My journey was marred by confusion as I struggled with my sexual identity.
But through my darkest moments, a beacon of hope guided me. Ultimately, I chose a relationship with God. The chains of the past have been broken. My life will never be the same. I am humbled, grateful, loved, redeemed, and FREE.
I’m not only a survivor. I have been transformed by the unyielding grace of Jesus Christ. Today, I stand as a testament to His power to heal and restore.
Today, I stand before you:
Completely healed and undetectable for HIV;
I’ve experienced participating in Jail Ministry, to give back to a community I once was part of;
In a restored relationship with my mother and cultivating the same with my father;
I have life experiences in working for the USPS.
Walking With Men in Recovery
Today I serve as House Manager at Hazelbrook Sober Living, walking alongside men in recovery as they rebuild their lives. It's the same road I once walked — from the chains of crystal meth addiction to freedom in Christ — and now I get to point others toward the hope that found me.

My mission:
To build a loving relationship between the church and the LGBTQ community; To reach out to those lost in the seas of addiction and identity confusion; And to guide them toward the unwavering truth found in God’s love.
The Power of Prayer Requests
At the heart of our faith journey lies the power of prayer. I deeply believe that prayer requests are vital conduits of God’s grace, offering a way for us to seek divine intervention, find solace, and experience communal support. By voicing our prayers, we open our hearts to God’s healing presence and invite His transformative power into our lives.
I am committed to standing in prayer with you, lifting your petitions to the Father, and believing together for God’s mighty response.
A scripture that talks about the importance of prayer is found in Philippians 4:6: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” This encourages us to turn to God in every circumstance, trusting that He listens and responds to our prayers.
